personal, or review/critique site. However, this won't always be a determining factor.
This award will be given to those who dream big, often showcasing the most potential for growth among a vast majority of other sites. However, it doesn't necessarily mean a site that grows in size; rather, a site that grows in spirit—a reflection of how far you've come, how long your site has been around, and the qualities of never giving up on your dreams and passions. Your site must also present a 'dream-like' or 'reverie' quality—in a sense that captivates the skies, the universe, the heavens or ethereal qualities, or any fantasy and/or sci-fi concepts.
